If you’re in any way not happy with the product you’ve received after uncluttering with it for 30 days, just send it back to us and fill out this form so we know to expect it. Once we receive the item back at our premises, we’ll issue a full refund directly to the account used to pay for the item. You don’t need to keep the original packaging or receipts or any of that stuff either (though FYI keeping the packaging may make it easier for you to send) – just package it up and send it back from whence it came.

You don’t need to justify or explain yourself – if you’re not happy, you’re not happy. Maybe what you’ve bought doesn’t fit exactly where you thought it would, perhaps it clashes with your decor, maybe it just doesn’t live up to your expectations – that’s okay; it’s your life, we’re just helping you sort it and understand not everything is perfect.

Sending it Back

If you are unhappy, you’ll need to send it back to us at the address below. Unfortunately, we can’t cover any shipping costs you may incur sending it back to us (we’re working on changing this!), so keep in mind it may be a little pricey to send an individual item internationally. We would also suggest that if the item worth a bit more than usual (approx $75 or so), you may want to consider a trackable service or buying shipping insurance just in case your item never makes it back to us and becomes lost in the vortex somewhere.

Wrong Size, Shape, Colour? 😬 Damaged in transit? 😱

Are you happy with your item, but it’s not quite right and you want to swap it for another similar item? Just fill in this form with the relevant details, send the incorrect item back to us and we’ll have the replacement issued to you pronto.
Has your item arrived damaged? Whilst we certainly hope this won’t happen, ultimately accidents happen and international freight is a pretty hectic thing for a tiny little bit of homewares to be caught up in. If your item does arrive damaged, simply take a photo of the damage and attach it along with some other info per the form. We’ll review the supplied information and get in touch with an outcome within 2 business days:
  • If the item was purchased for under AUD$50 and we can see the item is damaged, we’ll generally issue a refund or arrange a replacement immediately depending on what you nominate on the form.
  • If the item was purchased for over AUD$50 and is damaged, we will discuss with you your preferred outcome of a partial refund where you keep the item, or arrange a full refund where you return it to us.

Where’s my money?!

If we’ve approved a full or partial refund, if you haven’t received it within 10 business days from our advice then something may be amiss. We ask that you first try your financial institution as they may holding up the credit back to you. If they say it’s not on their end, then please fill in the below form for us to follow up for you – we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
